Based in Indian Trail, GJS Properties LLC serves as the hub for our strategic planning across the Charlotte metropolitan area. Our exclusive partnership with THI Builders (THI Homes) allows us to execute complex residential developments with institutional precision.

Our methodology ensures that every residence is a premium new addition to the regional inventory, fully constructed and curated prior to market release.

We utilize GJS Properties LLC to identify and secure prime land in the region's most desirable zip codes. Our model is exclusively focused on ground-up residential development; we do not purchase existing homes on the market, nor do we engage in commercial or industrial real estate at this time. Instead, we target:

  • Raw Acreage: Undeveloped parcels in luxury corridors like Weddington and Waxhaw.

  • Residential Redevelopment Sites: Properties where existing structures can be removed to make way for modern luxury estates.
